Being a mom is exhausting but just as much as it’s exhilarating! You get to be the most important person in a little human’s life. What’s more you get to watch that little human grow and learn by watching you! You, who are as imperfect and flawed as any other human on the planet get to be this little boy or girl’s hero.

Those big, innocent eyes looking into the depths of your heart pull those heartstrings and make you want to give that little angel only the best of everything in the world. That’s where we mothers hit our little snags.

Because unlike popular opinion, mommy really doesn’t know best. She’s constantly searching, thinking and rethinking while making all the little decisions that could potentially make all the difference in the world to her child(ren).

This blog records my journey as I try to do right by my little boy and hopes to serve another purpose by helping another mom get the information and resources she needs to do right by hers.
